ETSO - The European Association of Electricity Transmission System Operators (ETSO) is an association of Transmission Systems Operators (TSOs) in Europe providing grid access to the electricity market players (i.e. generating companies, traders, suppliers, distributors and directly connected customers) according to non-discriminatory and transparent rules. The Association has direct membership of 40 independent TSO companies. The networks represented by ETSO supply more than 500 million people with electric energy.
